WHAT'S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT ERA (the movie, tour, and soundtrack)

 

1993-1995 - With a successful film based on her 1986 autobiography "I, Tina" and the mega smash hit "I Don't Wanna Fight" Tina embarks on her first North American Tour in more than 5 years.

NICE N' ROUGH ERA

 

1980-1983 - A difficult time for Tina after the 1976 divorce from Ike, Tina walked away with nothing and toured constantly to pay the bills.  Finally in 1983 Tina returned with the mega hit single "Let's Stay Together."  A new album wouldn't come until 1984 however with "Private Dancer."

 

WILDEST DREAMS ERA

 

1995-1998 -

PRIVATE DANCER ERA

 

1984-1986 -

 

TWENTY FOUR SEVEN ERA

 

1999-2000 - With a gold album, and performing at the Super Bowl, Tina announced her final tour.  She added an additional 40 dates as a tribute to America, and ended with the highest grossing tour on record.  CBS broadcast Tina - One Last Time Live in December 2000 and nearly half of America tuned in.

 

 

BREAK EVERY RULE ERA

 

1986-1988 - With a multi-platinum album, and several hit singles such as the # 1 "Typical Male" and the Top 40 hits "What You Get Is What You See" and Two People" the Break Every Rule World Tour smashed box office records, worldwide.

 

ALL THE BEST ERA

 

2004-2005

 

FOREIGN AFFAIR ERA

 

1989-1990 - With the smash hit "The Best" (and HBO making it their theme song for the next 10 years), and the Top 40 hit "Steamy Windows," "Look Me in The Heart," and "I Don't Wanna Loose You," Tina breaks box office records across Europe with her "Foreign Affair" European Tour.
